One can rambutan, lychee or longan, drained
1/2 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
1 mango, cut into chunks
2 kiwi fruits, cut into small chunks
1 pint strawberries
juice of ½ lime (optional)
fresh mint leaves, julienned (optional)
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and toss.
