original recipe
1 banana
8 large frozen strawberries
2 TBSP wheat germ
2 TBSP flax seed meal
1 TBSP honey
1 C milk
cream to taste
Blend all ingredients through milk; while blender is running, add cream until desired consistency. Eat and enjoy.
