Christina's Sour Cream Dip with Tomatoes and Chiles

1 pint sour cream
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2-4 large tomatoes, diced
1 can diced green chiles

Mix the sour cream with all the spices until well mixed. Stir in the tomatoes and chiles. Chill at least one hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
