16 ounces uncooked ziti
3 C (28 oz) spaghetti sauce, divided
1 3/4 C (15 oz) ricotta or cottage cheese
2 C (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 C fresh parsley or 1 TBSP dried parsley
1 egg
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 TBSP grated Parmesan
Preheat oven to 375.
Cook pasta. Stir everything except half of sauce and Parmesan into large bowl. Add pasta. Place in 9x13 pan. Cover with sauce and Parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
