Christina's Honey Mustard Dressing

original recipe

1/3 C olive oil
1 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 TBSP Dijon mustard (I used a rounded tablespoon)
1 TBSP honey
salt and pepper to taste

Mix it all up and let it blend. Variations: use lemon instead of vinegar and possibly add grated onion or shallot.
