Christina's Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

1 frozen banana
1/4 C peanut butter
1/4 C milk
1/4 C cream
dash cinnamon
splash vanilla
1 TBSP wheat germ
1 TBSP flax seed meal

optional: cocoa powder, honey, spinach, whatever

Blend it all together and serve. Add more milk or cream as needed for consistency.
